In this episode, Mallory's breaking down the facts and dishing on why it's not you it's the clothes.  So often women feel like their bodies are 'weird' and clothes aren't made for them.  Mallory shares WHY you may be feeling frustrated when you're shopping and clothes aren't fitting you perfectly.  She shares why you need to get real about your body shape and put the blinders down, seek help from a style professional if necessary.  Knowledge is power and having a clear, realistic understanding of your body shape can help you dress in a much more effective manner.  Additionally, Mallory shares the importance of tailoring and why it's not just for your bridesmaid dress or a formal event but needed for your everyday wardrobe, too.

Mallory and Louise discuss time management tips for busy working moms.  Louise shares some of her favorite tips to help moms fit family time into their schedules to eliminate the 'mommy guilt.' Then we dove right into how and why moms should get rid of the 'mommy guilt' when spending time, energy, and money on themselves.  Being visible in all aspects of  life (business or dressing in a way that stands out) can be difficult for moms since they're used to putting themselves on the back burner.  Louise shares some of the most common limiting beliefs she sees with boss moms and how to switch your mindset.

Is your style evolving? As human beings WE change over time, but is your style keeping up?

Many people think they can update/overhaul their wardrobe one time and be done forever.  However, that's just not the case.  Think about it: as human beings we change and evolve over time.  We're not the same people we were 5 years ago, or even 1 year ago.  Think about how much in your life has changed in the past year.  When you stop to think about it...it's changed a LOT, right?! Well if we change as people, why wouldn't our style change with us?  It needs to!

I'm not saying you need to go spending thousands every time you want to update your wardrobe.  It can even be just updating the way you wear the clothes you have, and maybe adding a few pieces that feel good to you now.  I encourage you to take some time to think about when you last refreshed your wardrobe.  Has it been a year or longer?  If it has, it's time to take some action to refresh your wardrobe and have it representing you as you are right now (not last year).

Every time the season changes we start to think about switching over our closets.  It's an incredible time to cleanse out what isn't serving you, and figure out what you need to represent who you are this time around.  So, what steps are you going to take to make sure your style evolves with YOU?  The thing is your style doesn't change and evolve unless you take action.  You know you want a wardrobe that feels good, but what's holding you back?

In this episode Personal Stylist & Image Consultant, Mallory Sills is sharing WHY you need to keep your style constantly evolving, how to keep up with it, and some tips to help you along the way.

Don't forget to continue the stylish conversation over on the private Facebook community (ladies only!) The Style Success Society bit.ly/stylesuccesssociety.

Until next time!

Stylishly yours,

Mallory
